Hi, me again.

Back in late September (after I printed all the paperwork for op session 4) I successfully assigned engines to several of my trains to clear up the "Long Switchlist - Short Cutlist" problem I and others have seen.  I did that in the ProTrak folder I mentioned in my previous post, i.e. my main ProTrak folder, and all went well. I used Ver 360. But with the problem of not being able to see the ordered WB-s I just wrote about I went back to the ProTrak folder I saved immediately after printing all the paperwork for OP Session 4 and am trying to bring that folder up to the date by assigning engines to trains. My inventory of engines shows 11 engines. The screen under Power desk / Motive power, powered passenger also shows that I have 11 engines. However when I do Power desk / Assign power directly to train and I click on a train # to open up the Locomotive distribution screen the right hand panel only shows 6 engines to chose from.

Can anybody please help me to find why the right hand panel I just mentioned only show 6 of the 11 engines.  As I said I did this once successfully at the end of September but cannot figure out how to do it correctly again.  It seems like a rather simple process.

thanks

Joe

Joe,

Have you checked on limits on equipment? Administration/Limits on Equipment? Make certain the limit is set to the number of locomotives you have entered.

Thanks Jim for the reply.   Yes in Admin limits the screen shows 11 locomotives.

CORRECTION / UPDATE,

Jim when I replied 10 minutes ago I had the wrong ProTrak folder up.  I just brought my main SVL folder up and sure enuf the "In Use" count for locos was set at 6.  When I changed it to 11 I was able to see all the 11 locos in the right hand panel of the Locomotive Power Distribution screen.

Super THANKS

Joe
