An earlier note explained the issue - cars backtracking instead of moving forward to their destination.  Again, this applies to railroads having three or more Yd yards.

Based on experience on Saturday in actual operations the code introduced earlier this month has proven to be too restrictive.   Worked fine, but the logic was too restrictive and prevented some cars from moving.   On the C&NE cars going west, more efficiently may make an eastwards movement between yards.  i.e. use the transfer train from BAD east to HRW to connect with a train going to west staging.

A section of code has been added to recognize a transfer movement and allow a reverse-direction move on that transfer train.  A transfer-train is defined as one having two reporting points.

Subsequent operations has shown this revision to work with car movements as intended.
