Made my annual trip that included a visit to "Maine Modelworks", a hobby shop in Yarmouth, Maine. Discovered that the businesss had been sold - bought and moved up the road by Tim Swenton. Tim is young and enthusiastic. Tim was known for his really nice weathering of modern era cars and power. Tim's shop can be found at 374 US Route 1, Yarmouth. 207-781-8300. Or mainemodelworks1_at_gmail.com. Or on ebay at: mainemodelworks or his website mainemodelworks_dot_com. Besides "new", Tim also does consignment and other previously owned.
However, don't bother looking for old ConCor, MDC or other covered-hopper kits.... those are all about 15 feet to my right.
Jim
