Andy,

It does not hurt to re-run the new "initialize cars in staging".  But I find it annoying to see that window again-and-again (which appears until the first train moves).   I was thinking yesterday, running into that window a lot of times, that I should add a note to it that remembers that it has been run before (I don't from  one day to a later day).   Also it is useful to re-run the "initialize cars in staging" if the trains have add car added (by fiddling).

Also, yesterday I was working on that routine, as it did not correctly deal with cars going >to< staging, or regions.  It does now (next Update).
