Team,
I downloaded Protrak. I installed it on the CD, I got to the registration page .I entered the number as instructed on the User notes. I entered the name that I was told to use. First it tells me that it is an invalid user name then it tells me that it is an invalid key number.
Frustration is high. Please Help.

Merry Christmas and welcome to the ProTrak community.
From your message it looks to me as though you didn't do the update step involving getting the 9xxKB ProTrakA.RS2 file and replacing the ProTrakA.RS2 file that you got when you did the first download with the 9xx KB version. The ProTrakA.RS2 file is where all the user names and ID codes at kept.
Stay in touch we are ALL here to help you and to make your ProTrak experience fruitful. Don't forget to download the ProTrak Basics Manual (PTBM) and work your way thru that. It's a lot of pages but the reading goes very easily.
