Hi,

When I downloaded the program I registered it and had no problem. In my haste  I had a few problems. I decided to  uninstall and do a clean install.  I deleted everything on my computer and I  reformatted the disk I redownloaded the program  onto the disk. I loaded the program on my computer and I was able to register it. I closed everything down and I downloaded the update. When I went to open it again , it told me that the name I was using was wrong and that the registration key was wrong.  I double checked everything and it was correct.  I don’t know what to do next. Any suggestions?protrak-screen.jpgImage Enlarger

Jim,

Sorry to hear of your registration problems, we haven't seen that issue for a while. I presume you followed in detail the "new User" instructions for downloading the free version of ProTrak and then getting the updated version you desire. A critical step in the later process is Step 15 which states:

"15  Before you attempt to download one of the update versions of ProTrak (see step 16) please do the following

Locate in the folder in which you downloaded the files in Step 1 or on the CD you wrote in Step 3 the file named ProTrakA.RS2.
Copy the ProTrakA.RS2 file and paste it into the folder where your ProTrak.exe file is located"

Were you able to successfully complete this step?

Thank You,

Jim
