During a clinic Saturday, about "Held Cutlists" we noticed that the count-of-cars held did not zero after printing the held cutlist.

This morning I find out (by reading comments in the code) that: a) this is deliberate, and b) there is a button at the bottom of that window for clearing the held cutlist.

It is deliberate so that the held cutlist can be re-printed.  If necessary.

The window is the "Select train at yard" window.   When the yard-operations option is "Held Cutlists", the "Clear Held Cutl List" button appears at the lower right.
