Jim,

Could you please review how "Special Waybills" are processed in ProTrak.  I'm getting all of my tank cars locked up with WB #1 yet I have no car order for WB 1.

Waybills #1 to #20 are controlled by ProTrak.   These are waybills for "fuel", "sand", "track maintenance" and movements of weigh-scale cars.

Waybill #1 is "fuel".  The program adds up fuel consumption until it exceeds 10 tons, and then it orders a car.

You can avoid this by having your tank cars assigned to a commodity (which you should do in any case).
