Hello

I been running a session using the fast clock and not changing it.  When checking cars at customers by zone I noticed that all my paper cars were listed as 0 hours remaining but the way bills were still listed with the L> prefix to indicate still loading.  This continued for several fast hours.  Other cars showing 0 hours listed waybill numbers only.  One other customer had the same problem.

When I clicked on a car the query car status panel opened and when I put my mouse over the way bill number a pop-up said to click to load car.  I tried this but nothing happened.

Has anyone else had this problem and did you find a way to fix it?

Cheers

Peter

a)  the Tooltip was wrong, it applies to the "hours".   Thanks for the heads-up.

b)  if you click either "Change/Complete loading" or you click on the "hours" datafield the "remaining loading hours" go to zero, and it is displayed as zero.

That's all that function does.  Updating the waybill from "empty for load" to "loaded" happens at the Daily Summary.

I can see that you might expect the waybill number display to change.   I will add that.  However a car could be on it way to another location to be loaded. So the addition will be only for cars at their loading/unloading location.

~~~~~~
Now for the real question:  The car loading/unloading is handled by the program at the Daily Summary.   You do not need to "complete loading" manually.   What is happening that you wanted to "complete loading"?
Thanks,
                    Jim
Thanks Jim
These cars are set to load in 4 hours so I can get three pulls per session.  Both the customer and the way bills are set to 4 hours.
It seemed to be working all right with 328 but I had the trouble last night with 329.
Cheers
