John,
The "Print fuel notice" is an option on the "Today's Operating Conditions" page. In 2013 I had disabled this option which is why it is not visible in previous versions since. I guess you clicked this option before I got to it. In the Update this morning I have disabled the printing of any fuel notices. For the immediate future.
Please download this morning's Update .... to save paper.
