For Jim M
Did I miss something here for team tracks? I thought by adding "t" to the siding number would allow there to be multiple customers using the same siding identifier. Such as "SCM36t". I keep getting the error message about multiple customers with the same number. What am I doing wrong?

That sidingnumber is OK.
Here, I have several customers on SWN51t. I tried creating a new customer (Edit/New online customer) and used the "SWN51t" and it worked fine. Then I repeated it. After "Edit/New online customer" I entered a new customer name, selected the station, and then entered 51t.
How did you do this Fred?

Everything works now for multiple customers using the "t". I don't know what I was doing the other night when I tried it. Thanks. Another question. At Andy's I asked about not being able to get the "operating conditions" screen to come up. You said that I am missing a "DLL". Which one am I missing and where can I find it? This is for Win 7. Thanks again

Fred,

There are a series of "Win 10" messages and they apply to Win7 as well. Here is what I noted about the "blank" Operating Conditions window:
Fred pointed out that if he clicked Transportation/Today's Operating Conditions - that the expected window did not appear, that the ProTrak main window just stayed "blank".
The issue is a missing DLL - in this case "msstdfmt.dll". That DLL is on your CD in the System folder, and is included in the electronic package System folder as well.
Copy "msstdfmt.dll" to your c:\Windows\System32 folder. Register the DLL. Today's Operating Conditions will now appear.
One of the Win10 messages has instructions for registering DLL/OCX and also lists the likely missing DLL/OCX.
OK?
