1.  Added the ability to delete pickups/extra cars from the "Advance Train Consist".

2.  Radius check for long modern cars.  ProTrak checks both customer-tracks and staging-tracks to see if a car can make it around curves on those tracks.  Ran into issues with 94-ft cars where a 93.9-ft car was maximum allowed. Changed this to allow 5-ft over-length of car-length over curve-radius-length.

3. For "FD" (flat, well) car-kinds.  Added checks on possible-cars/possible-waybills.

4. On the "Manual Train Scheduling" (see Scheduling menu), added the "from Station" to the printout to make it more clear which segment of the train's journey was listed.

5.  Operations/Exceptions - Show cars by Station.   This window can now be sorted by car location and car destination.  "Print" prints as displayed.

6.  ... plus some changes to the "Signaling" and the radio-throttles.
