A) issue of "weighers" when "Use weighscale" option is not selected
- Operations Diagnostics - when "Reset" button to report weighers appears
- if option is not selected, on Operations start-up "weighers" are reset and routing updated
- when option is changed from "Use weighscale" to "Do not use weighscale", all weighers are reset and car routing updated.
B) at "Query" (Operations/Exceptions/Query a car)
- when "Complete loading" is clicked, car data is updated (or "Complete Unloading" menu is sensitive to car-waybill status)
- as before "Hours" are set to "0"
- now car contents, loadweight and routing are updated
